- actions/checkout v4 -> v7 - actions/setup-node v4 -> v7 Now that this repo has a dependabot config these would be proposed anyway; landing them directly keeps the queue empty.

Follow-up to #11, which enabled Dependabot here for the first time.
Now that a
github-actionsecosystem is configured, Dependabot would open these two PRs on its next weekly run. Landing them directly keeps the queue empty.
