Updates the gemspec’s RubyGems metadata to be declared as a single hash, and adds an explicit documentation link for the gem’s listing.
Changes:
- Refactors
spec.metadata[...] = ...assignments into a singlespec.metadata = { ... }hash. - Adds
documentation_urimetadata alongside existing homepage/source/bug tracker URIs.
