Thank you for the updates @JanTautorus making running the code more accessible. I have one remark regarding the quantities, you can decide to merge if the demo runs.

I intentionally also included higher quantities, to reduce the danger that demo runs have lower supplies than the demand if a certain set of regions is selected. However, if this configuration with this region set worked for you, feel free to merge.
