An independent lab that does research and builds tools in the same loop. The research asks what happens when systems model themselves: a spectral framework for physics built on the graph Laplacian, and a model of consciousness and alignment. The tools arise from that process as the work needs them, then stand on their own.
The name carries our working conjecture, EMergent BEnevolence Reasoner: that deep enough understanding and caring can converge. We treat it as a balance to be built and held, not an inevitable outcome, and we label how strong every claim is.
