feat(editor): support Elide build extension authoring and self-build projects

Native TypeScript-service plugin, declarations and snippets, manifest links, archive build lenses and task refresh. Package the unbundled plugin through the existing VSIX packaging helper. No deployment-project integration scenario.

greet,greet-js,package-extension-tasks), task addition/removal refresh and non-Elide TypeScript isolation. Per-head checks recorded in STACK.md. This does not establish full self-build qualification.Publication
