Ships the shipping requote on address save (#584), the single EP host allow-list (#586), the account components, and the new server functions. Minor rather than patch: #586 changes the server API. `buildEpCtx` takes the session, and `extractEpProviderConfig` and `epPlugin` require the host allow-list. Registered Studio surfaces are additive only against 0.7.0.

Bumps the package to 0.8.0, with the matching
plasmicpkgs-devpin and lockfile specifier.Minor, because #596 changes the server API:
buildEpCtx(session), and a requiredhostAllowlistforextractEpProviderConfigandepPlugin. The registered Studio surface is additive only against the published 0.7.0: nothing is removed, and it adds three account components and six server functions.Merge #599 first so its managed-form fallback ships in 0.8.0. After this merges, publish from master; the consumer version bump and lockfiles follow in a separate PR.
