Replace the Experience and Ingest team labels with a single Team:SKI label in the triage and auto-triage allowed-label lists, and merge the two rows of the team-ownership mapping examples into one Team:SKI row. Consolidates the Experience and Ingest docs teams into a single SKI team across the triage workflows. Part of the broader ingest/experience to SKI rename (tracking issue: elastic/docs-content-internal#1403).
