index.htmlに「図形作成さん」（zukei-drafter）のツールカードを追加sitemap.xml/README.mdの掲載ツール表 /404.htmlの一覧を同期scripts/ogp/gen.jsに図形作成さんのアイコン・OGP画像テンプレートを追加し、ハブと zukei-drafter 双方のogp.pngを再生成対応する zukei-drafter 側の変更（デザインを共通トークンに統一）は別PRです。あわせてマージしてください。
