Link rst tests to reqs

Docs-as-code has many requirements about the metamodel but they have no testlinks yet because our rst-tests were not able to specify a link. This PR adds this functionality and adds a few example links.

Ahh, so sorry for this.

I'm currently working on a solution to this that will completely re-vamp the RST based tests.
I hope you did not put a lot of effort into this one yet.
