Summary

• Replace the workbench GIFs with full-width stills, and lift the banner blueprint grid so the lockup reads on the dark canvas.
• Remove the empty-state Pierre diff sample. It was a stand-in until session file content is plumbed.
• Add alternate marks (plate, stencil, blueprint, seal, accent, warm), type lockups, and the desk mascot. The cube emblem stays primary. Regenerate with scripts/build-identity.py.

Consequences

• PierreDiff is no longer mounted in the empty pane. The component remains for when real diffs are wired.
• The new marks are assets only. The app icon and the in-app mark are unchanged.
