chore: expand .gitignore for env, test output, and platform noise - #19

origin/main already ignores release/ and dist/; this rounds out the file with the patterns a Bun + Electron + Vite + Playwright project accumulates: secrets (.env with an .env.example escape), extra build dirs, TS build caches, coverage/playwright reports, package-manager logs, Python byproducts from scripts/, editors, and Windows litter. Sections kept, entries deduplicated, newline at EOF. Co-authored-by: opencode-agent <noreply@opencode.ai>
