The push and pull examples do not work with the current cli. The latest oras documentation describes the use of the `--config` option for the [push](https://oras.land/docs/commands/oras_push) and [pull](https://oras.land/docs/commands/oras_pull) commands. This parameter change (rename the `--manifest-config` to `--config`) was [documented as a breaking change](https://github.com/oras-project/oras/releases/tag/v0.14.0) in version 0.14.0 of the ORAS CLI, which was released in August 2022.

Hopefully somebody finds them useful. I got features for most of the big AI tools (Copilot, Codex, Claude, OpenCode), Ansible, Bitwarden, Aspire, Mono, GitHub CLI, Gitea CLI, and more to come based on my personal interests and spare time.

Adds doughatcher/devcontainer-templates to the collection index. This is the same collection that was originally proposed in PR #500 (closed when the work was donated to a corporate namespace). The OSS variant is now back under doughatcher/ as a public, community-focused template collection. The corporate variant has been archived. This is a much-expanded version of siri404's gcloud feature, offering options to install the various storage & pubsub emulators, appengine components, etc. The dependency closure of the various gcloud components is large and the disk footprint for some of them is substantial, so all component installs beyond the base CLI are off by default. The "telemetry" feature of siri404's original feature has been removed.
