🛠️ 주요 변경 사항

• dev 브랜치에 누적된 기능·개선 사항을 main에 반영합니다.

✨ 작업 내용

• 판매 임박·구매 성공 알림 SQS 처리와 구매 이메일 Outbox/SES 발송 기능을 반영했습니다.
• 판매자 랭킹 집계, Redis 스냅샷 조회 기능과 Fargate 단발 일회성 구성을 반영했습니다.
• 이미지 비동기 최적화, Drop 캐시·성능 측정 개선, REST Docs/OpenAPI 문서 최신화를 포함했습니다.
• API ASG에서는 알림 Consumer, Scheduler가 실행되지 않고 Worker ASG에서만 실행되도록 분리했습니다.

• main 병합 후 GitHub Actions 배포 및 API·Worker ASG Instance Refresh 완료 여부를 확인합니다.
