- selector: getaddrinfo, connect_host, connect_addrinfo
- selector: drop inet create_connection
- add getaddrinfo to NetBackend interface
- drop reference to inet in backend abstract docstring
- Migrate inet tests to test_selector; remove backend/inet.py
