[linux-bionic] TimeZoneInfoTests.IsIanaIdTest fails - GMT has wrong IANA Id indicator #133999

`GMT` has wrong IANA Id indicator
Expected: True
Actual: False
Bionic's ICU/tzdata build reports GMT's IANA-id status differently from glibc-based Linux, so TimeZoneInfo.HasIanaId disagrees with the test's expectation for that specific zone name on the linux-bionic (Android libc) target.
Note: the same Helix job also reported generic WorkItemExecution crash failures for five unrelated assemblies (System.Buffers.Tests, System.Net.Ping.Functional.Tests, System.Private.Xml.Tests, System.Resources.ResourceManager.Tests, System.Runtime.CompilerServices.Unsafe.Tests) with no further detail.

I've removed the
"ErrorPattern": "IsIanaIdTest",as that is matching any console output which contains this string, e.g. https://helixr1107v0xdcypoyl9e7f.blob.core.windows.net/results-d187536a3f37497395/System.Runtime.Tests/1/console.c264c1bb.log?helixlogtype=result&skoid=8eda00af-b5ec-4be9-b69b-0919a2338892&sktid=72f988bf-86f1-41af-91ab-2d7cd011db47&skt=2026-10-01T05%3A56%3A15Z&ske=2026-10-01T06%3A56%3A15Z&sks=b&skv=2026-02-06&sv=2026-02-06&se=2026-10-01T06%3A56%3A15Z&sr=b&sp=rl&sig=xpcB9bBp%2FR131DKlL5GYSxCOUlr%2FqS9hH8uTJTBKCQ0%3Dwhich contains completely unrelated failure.
