QuickGrid_ScrollToItem_NegativeIndex_ScrollsToTophas failed 15 times over the past 30 days acrossmainCI and merged PR validation builds, with the top rendered row settling at a non-zero index instead of clamping to 0. Quarantining to unblock CI while the timing/race condition is investigated.If this test should not be considered for automatic re-quarantine in the future, add the
