Thanks @teo-tsirpanis for the PR and fixing this. I had missed it when bringing the project over. Could we maybe at least call out the code of conduct markdown file here as a link? E.g. "This project has adopted a Code of Conduct to follow."

Fixes violation of policy PR16, by updating
CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md, and removing references to it in other files.
