This PR bumps github.com/moby/buildkit from v0.32.2 to v0.33.0 and brings along coordinated updates to all dependent packages. All version families are consistent (OTel core → v1.46.0, OTel contrib → v0.71.0), no downgrades, and google.golang.org/protobuf is promoted from a pre-release to the stable v1.36.12. No issues found.
