This PR updates the vendored github.com/docker/go-events dependency. The only substantive code change is a cosmetic refactoring in errors.go: a single-element var (...) block is flattened to a bare var declaration for ErrSinkClosed. This introduces no behavioral change — the variable identity, type, value, initialization order, and sentinel-error comparability are all preserved.
