Add registry-backed BuildKit cache support and cache mounts for apt, asset downloads, npm, and compiled builder stages so fresh CI runners can reuse expensive base image work. Build libvips from source without the ImageMagick fallback loader and add explicit guards to keep ghostscript out of the runtime image.
