Bump the version to 1.1.4 in every file that carries it (RELEASING.md, step 1). Run the browser tests against the released web client. #21 pointed the e2e job at web client v1.1.0, which isn't released, so it failed before any test ran. Point it back at v1.0.1; the 11 tests that need web client 1.1.0 features (oie-web-client #112) skip while the pin is older than 1.1, read from OIE_WEB_CLIENT_REF. Bump the tag when v1.1.0 ships and they run. Checked locally: pinned v1.0.1 against web client 1.0.1, 17 passed and 11 skipped; unpinned and pinned v1.1.0 against #112 at be9c771, 28 passed. Also runs the browser tests against the released web client again. #21 pointed the e2e job at web client v1.1.0, which isn't released, so it failed before any test ran. It's back on v1.0.1, and the 11 tests that need web client 1.1.0 features (oie-web-client #112) skip until the pin is bumped.
