Prepare the required patch release
This changes the supported production navigation’s wording and presentation as a backward-compatible fix, so it does not qualify for the documentation/test/refactoring no release exemptions stated in the commit message. Because the diff contains neither version metadata nor a CHANGELOG.md entry, it bypasses the required patch-release preparation and gates; include those release changes and complete the documented release process in this delivery task.

Useful? React with 👍 / 👎.
Rename the shared header’s onboarding link to “Engage” and console link to “Agent Console.” Both use the existing lime pill CTA style through one shared class, keeping their destinations and the console’s external-link indicator.
Closes #354.
Validation: lint, production build and 40 website tests pass. Updated rendered-header acceptance covers homepage, Gateway, Landscape, research and Blog pages. Chrome acceptance passes at 1440, 1200, 768 and 390px on homepage/Blog: both links visible, matching lime styles, keyboard focus indicator, no overflow, and Engage reaches #observe. Visual review completed.
Security/review: production dependency audit reports zero vulnerabilities. Complete scoped diff reviewed for secrets and trust-boundary changes; no permissions, data or dependency changes. Existing development dependency findings are outside this navigation refinement. No product release version change is required.
