What should this PR do?
Adds focused unit tests for every exported helper under util, matching the style used by existing plugin tests. This covers fraction reduction, object cloning, array helpers, Markdown It block line extraction, HTML attribute and tag parsing, embed block finding, Prism language helpers, the webpack language filter plugin, DOM helpers, and the KeepHTML Prism plugin.
