Redoes the product demo around Muse Spark, and brings the README up to date. The new video is at https://youtu.be/ZrUv0Pn7yyc.

Product demo

  • New story, 1:49: a two-line CSS change touches all 142 stories, and Repeated changes approves 63 of them. Dark mode turns out to be broken, and Muse Spark names the cause. A note goes to the agent, the agent fixes it, and the review exits 0.
  • Faster start: the review UI arrives at 0:18, down from 0:34, and the opening no longer shows JSON.
  • Real footage, recaptured on current main: the screens, terminal output, and numbers come from real runs. product-demo/REVIEW.md says what's staged, which is the bug, and what's added on top.
  • Muse Spark's answer is real and unedited. To get it, the buggy commit went on a throwaway branch of this repository, demo/top-bar-room, since deleted. Its batch may still be on the hosted site.

README

  • Links the new video, and uses thumbnails that exist for both videos.
  • Describes Muse Spark, including what it reads and its limits from docs/specs/chat.md, and quotes its answer from the demo.
  • Adds Repeated changes, the skill command, and the link to selfie.dev.
  • Updates the story count, and replaces "the same pixels everywhere" with "reproducible", since one pinned Linux arm64 container is the only setup measured to match across machines.

To check

  • selfie render: an earlier script draft said selfie record, which doesn't exist in the CLI. The film and script use selfie render.
  • Known issue in demo-video/, not changed here: it still says "Selfie's own test suite of 541 stories", which are Dormouse's.
  • Hackathon submission: it's outside this repository, and still says Selfie doesn't call a Meta model.

Verification

  • npx hyperframes check passes on product-demo, with no errors.
  • Frames were sampled from the final render, and the audio levels match the source MP3. It hasn't been checked by ear, or watched at full speed, in this pass.
  • The README's commands, status colors, and dependencies were checked against the code, and its video table through GitHub's Markdown API.
  • /simplify was skipped at the author's request. pnpm test wasn't run, since no package code changed.
