Rewrites the README so it leads with the two demo videos, and says what's really built.

  • Added: the Why Selfie and product demo videos at the top, a link to the hosted review, a "What it does" list, and a "What's built, and what isn't" section. Commands are now a table.
  • Corrected to match the code and the hackathon submission:
    • Selfie doesn't call a Meta model. The old text said Muse Spark and Muse Code were in use.
    • Neon, Postgres, and pgstencil are gone, since nothing depends on them.
    • The cloud is deployed for a few public repositories with one writer. The old text said no server was deployed, and that access follows GitHub.
    • Trusting local results is listed as unbuilt, without the "~100x" figure.
  • Removed: every mention of Dormouse, which won't be live in time. Two measurements from its Storybook stay, without naming it.

To check

  • The videos still send people to selfie.dev, which is the old JVM library's site. This README links to its own Quickstart instead, and has no waitlist link.
  • The hackathon submission still mentions Dormouse.

Only README.md changes, so no tests were run. I checked the links and the main claims against the repo and the live sites.
