Adds two demo videos as HyperFrames projects, each with its script, ElevenLabs voiceover, word timings, and subtitles. Nothing outside these two folders changes, except .DS_Store in the root .gitignore. The rendered MP4s are gitignored, and npx hyperframes render rebuilds them.

• demo-video/: a motion-graphics explainer, from Storybook to Chromatic's cost to Selfie. 2:08.
• product-demo/: the real app reviewing its own 124-story Storybook, through a two-line CSS change, a dark mode break, a note to the agent, the fix, and approval. 2:17. product-demo/REVIEW.md says what's real and what's staged: the bug was written on purpose, while the screens and numbers come from real runs.

Known issue before publishing

demo-video says "Selfie's own test suite of 541 stories runs in about 70 seconds". That's wrong: docs/specs/cli.rationale.md measured those 541 stories on Dormouse's Storybook. Selfie's own has 124, in about 25 seconds. Fixing it needs a decision on the wording and a new take of the voiceover, so this PR leaves it as it is.

Also to check

• selfie.dev and the waitlist need to be live, since both films send people there. Neither was checked.
• Each film's build.mjs and much of its lib.js are similar on purpose, so that each project builds alone.
• demo-video keeps a draftScript option in its build, which is off, for editing a script before a new take.
• This adds about 16 MB of history, mainly screenshots and voiceovers, including one superseded take.

Verification

• npx hyperframes check passes on both, with no errors.
• After the /simplify pass, product-demo re-rendered pixel-identical. demo-video matches its earlier render except for two stretches at 55 dB or better, which look the same.
• pnpm test wasn't run, since no package code changed, and pnpm-workspace.yaml doesn't include these folders.
• The sound was measured, not checked by ear in this pass: its levels match the source MP3s, and sync comes from the word timings.
