Introduce a new database schema for merchants, enhance administrative workflows for merchant management, and add functionality for document uploads during merchant registration. Update the merchants table to accommodate nullable settlement fields and paths for essential business documents. Refine the .gitignore to exclude unnecessary storage directories.
