…uild - Regenerate package-lock.json to include new deps (vax-core, esbuild, ink, react, node-notifier, eventsource) - workflow: build-client now uses npm ci (lock file is in sync) and esbuild to bundle index.tsx -> dist/index.js - Release: package both client.tar.gz and client.zip for Linux/macOS and Windows respectively - Artifact path fixes: client-dist uploaded at release/ root, downloaded to release/ (not release/client)
