• add a standalone Open Graph devframe with CLI, Vite, live RPC, and static-report support
• port the Nuxt DevTools metadata guidance and social previews into a mount-path-neutral Vue SPA
• harden metadata fetching with authenticated startup, bounded streaming, HTML parsing, safe URL handling, and charset support
• register the plugin in docs, API snapshots, workspace tooling, and the minimal Vite hub
