:MdRender present — a full-screen, one-slide-per-screen presenter. --- splits slides; Mermaid renders inline as images;
n/p/arrows/Space/PageUp-Down/gg/G navigate; L cycles a diagram's layout (fit → left → right → full) and </> nudge the split %, persisting the choice as
a hidden [//]: # (diagram: …) comment written back to the file. Two new modules (presenter_layout.lua, presenter.lua), plus command//docs wiring.
content_builder.lua was left untouched — the split layout is composed presenter-side, as the plan intended.
