Test first throughout: each test commit was pushed alone and seen red in CI before its implementation.

  • Settings menu: one card like the model picker (icon, name, quiet line, white check), the full height of its sidebar.
  • Setting pages: section names with icons; readouts in one card with an icon, the number and what it covers; Recent errors on the same card.
  • Headers: deep-ocean photos (Unsplash License, credited in MEDIA.md) on Status, Accounts, Usage, Requests, Agents, Updates, Add account and the access-key screen. The glyph field stays the empty chat's own.
  • Agents: each agent's logo on its brand's own avatar colours (Lobe Icons, MIT); rows without the file/proxy/model chain; the agent page with section icons, picker-style mode choice and the same cards.
  • Update channels as picker rows.
  • Code back in the system monospace; Geist Mono dropped.
  • No scrollbars anywhere: long commands wrap with a hanging indent, scrolling areas fade on the edges that have more.

CI: 299/299.

The glyph field stays the empty chat's own: settings pages, Updates and Add account
open on their headline on the plain ground, in compact headers. The settings menu is
one card like the model picker: icon-led rows with a quiet line under each name,
groups split by edge-to-edge hairlines, the open page checked. Setting groups, tables,
readouts and charts sit on the same card.
…ettings menu

Agents show their own logos (Lobe Icons, MIT) on their hue tiles instead of initials.
Section titles on Status, Usage, General and Agents carry an icon like the settings
menu rows. Readouts sit in one card split by hairlines, each with an icon, its number
and a quiet line on what it covers. Recent errors sit on the same card. The settings
menu card runs the full height of its sidebar.
Settings headers, Add account, Updates and the access-key screen open on deep-ocean
photographs (Unsplash License, credited in MEDIA.md): a manta ray in a shaft of light
on Status, the surface from below, rising bubbles, light on the sea floor, dark
ripples, whale sharks, a humpback breaking the surface, sunlight on deep water. They
replace the last NASA photo.

Code goes back to the system monospace (SF Mono, Cascadia, Consolas), which reads
cleanly at small sizes; Geist stays on the interface and Geist Mono is dropped.

No scrollbar is drawn anywhere. A long command wraps at its spaces with a hanging
indent instead of scrolling sideways, and every scrolling area fades out on the edges
that have more past them (F.scrollEdges), so the fade itself says there is more.
Claude Code orange on near-black, Codex in its blue gradient on white, OpenCode and
Cursor white on black, Hermes black on white, OpenClaw in its own colours on black,
each mark at the size its avatar uses (Lobe Icons). A hairline keeps the black tiles
from sinking into the dark card.
Agent rows show the logo, the name, one quiet line, the state and a chevron; the
file/proxy/model chain they repeated is left to the agent's own page. There, the
section names carry icons, the install modes and the update channels read like the
model picker (a quiet line per choice, a white check on the chosen one), and the
path card, the files and the apply bar sit on the same hairline card.
