Rule 3 becomes one radius:
rounded-lg(8 px) on everything with corners — panels, popovers, dialogs, cards, chips, pills included — androunded-fullonly on circles (avatars, dots, colour swatches, graph nodes). 78rounded-xlsites, five pill-shaped rectangles, the chat bubble's corner and four CSS radii (glass pill, composer, user pill, chip) move to 8; the guard now flagsrounded-xl.
