The fork now returns a tool's result when output validation misses its deadline, instead of an error after the effect has happened.
The dspy_parity tests run the example with IMP_PATH at this checkout, which resolves ex_mcp through the new pin and rewrote this lock during the run, so the calibration test found a dirty tree.

Moves the one ex_mcp ref (Kite, Imp and Haven together; Dwell through Imp) to deepfates/ex_mcp 6b46670f, the merge of ex_mcp #11.
ex_mcp validated a tool's output after the tool had run, under a 100ms deadline, and turned a missed deadline into an isError result. Under load, a completed write came back as a failure and invited a retry that repeats it. The fork now logs a warning and returns the result; a real mismatch is still an error. The reason is recorded in the fork's FORK.md.
