- Adjust `idx_points_h3_time` to include the timestamp column - Increase batch size for H3 recalculation from 5,000 to 50,000 - Add logic to drop and recreate indexes to improve bulk update performance
- Consolidate `reitti.h3` path configuration for better management - Add `reitti.h3.path` property and update related settings in `application.properties` and `application-docker.properties`
