…undary processing - Added antimeridian handling in ring stitching and unwrapping logic. - Enhanced `HierarchyCache` to support boundaries crossing the antimeridian. - Replaced bounding box logic with S2 geometry operations for better accuracy. - Refactored MIR computation to exclude invalid geometries near the antimeridian. - Updated boundary import logic to leverage `S2Polygon` for precise covering. - Improved tests to include admin level 2 validation and hierarchy consistency checks.
