Makefile failing on MSYS2 if $HOMEPATH has space in folder

Makefile does not work on windows if your home folder has space separated words (ie. "Firstname Lastname"). This seems to mostly affect the gngeo config folders in Makefile.config and Makefile:71 and Makefile:82. I'm no make wizard so I could not fix it to work on my system.
