The renovate dependency bumps merged in #584 and #585 moved mdlayher/netlink, grpc, and the genproto rpc status package to new versions without regenerating NOTICE, so the file recorded versions no longer present in go.mod. Regenerates NOTICE against the current module graph. Versions only; no dependency was added or removed, so no license text changes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
