Lab resource YAML comments carried rationale, history, and references to issue numbers, code locations, and doc comments. Comments now label a parameter or value only. No keys, structure, or values changed; all 68 changed files still parse. Co-Authored-By: Claude Code <noreply@anthropic.com>
