The pin tracked a branch whose work has since merged in separate pull requests. The commit it names was superseded and is no longer reachable from that project's main branch, and the note beside it describes a state that no longer exists. Compute tracked a development branch of the networking project while the work it needed was still in review. That work has since merged in separate pull requests, and the branch commit compute names was superseded along the way, so the dependency now points at a revision that no longer exists on the networking project's main line. The note beside it tells a reader to wait for something that already happened.
This moves the dependency onto merged code and removes the note. Nothing compute does changes, and everything compute uses from the networking project is present in the revision it now names. No release tag was usable yet because the newest one predates part of what compute consumes.
Testing
Build, vet, full unit suite and linters all pass, with no failures to compare against.
