Description

Regenerates the gRPC client in dapr/proto/ from the Dapr v1.19.0-rc.5 tag. The committed protos came from v1.19.0-rc.2 (#1261).

Proto changes

I compared the protobuf descriptors on main and on this branch. They gain three files and 20 RPCs. The existing messages, enums and RPCs stay the same. This is every change in the generated code, with the dapr/dapr PR it comes from:

• Binary store: the new binarystore.proto and three RPCs on the Dapr service. SetBinaryFileAlpha1 takes a stream of requests. The first request holds the component name, the file name, and an optional overwrite flag. Later requests hold file chunks. GetBinaryFileAlpha1 returns a stream of chunks. DeleteBinaryFileAlpha1 deletes a file. (Binary store building block support dapr#10367, in rc.3)
• Search: the new search.proto and eight RPCs for lexical and structured search over documents in an index: CreateIndexAlpha1, GetIndexAlpha1, ListIndexesAlpha1, DeleteIndexAlpha1, IndexDocumentsAlpha1, GetDocumentsAlpha1, DeleteDocumentsAlpha1 and SearchAlpha1. (feat: search and vector blocks dapr#9974, in rc.5)
• Vector: the new vector.proto and nine RPCs for vector similarity search over collections: CreateCollectionAlpha1, GetCollectionAlpha1, ListCollectionsAlpha1, DeleteCollectionAlpha1, UpsertVectorsAlpha1, DeleteVectorsAlpha1, GetVectorsAlpha1, QueryVectorsAlpha1 and BatchQueryVectorsAlpha1. (feat: search and vector blocks dapr#9974, in rc.5)

dapr.proto imports the three new files. rc.4 did not change any proto.

The generated code for search.proto and vector.proto imports google.rpc.status_pb2. That module comes from googleapis-common-protos, which grpcio-status already requires. dapr/clients/exceptions.py already imports from google.rpc, so this adds no dependency.

Only dapr/proto/*_pb2* files and tools/regen_grpcclient.sh change. grpcio-tools stays at 1.81.1. This PR adds no DaprClient methods for the new RPCs.

search.proto and vector.proto import google/rpc/status.proto, which grpc_tools does not contain. Without that file, tools/regen_grpcclient.sh fails with File not found. The script now adds the directory that contains the installed googleapis-common-protos package to the protoc include path, because that package contains the file. I ran the changed script against v1.19.0-rc.2 first. The output matches main byte for byte.

The script downloads branches only. I ran it with DAPR_BRANCH=../tags/v1.19.0-rc.5. curl resolves the .. in the URL, so the download is the archive of the tag.

The Python SDK 1.19 release candidate builds from release-1.19, so this PR needs the backport release-1.19 label.
