Create specific deployment for different networks

The goal of the task is to create the have branch main to have the default configuration for the active production network piz-palu-prod while creating branches with the pattern networks/<network_name> that will contain the specific configuration to generate an IPFS exit node for that network.

Tasks

• Adapt GitHub workflows, every commit or PR merged against networks/piz-palu-dev needs to trigger a build and generate an IPFS.
• Adapt files so the change is minimal against main and networks/* branches.
• Add support for network/piz-palu-staging
• Adapt files so the default configuration in main branch is for piz-palu-prod
