[+] bump all Go modules - #1608

`go get -u ./... && go mod tidy`. Direct dependencies were already current; only indirect ones move, notably `otel` 1.47.0, `grpc-gateway` 2.32.0, `moby/moby/client` 0.6.2 and `klauspost/compress` 1.20.3.
