Document the WASM plugins in the 7.x README

Adds a section to 7.x/README.md describing the plugins available for Csound WASM:

• The four WASM-built plugins (chua, image, linear_algebra, STK) and the disabled ones
• The @csound/plugins exports and a withPlugins usage example
• STK's embedded raw-wave behavior under WASM
• Links to wasm/default.nix and wasm/README.md
