Document the Faust opcodes in the 7.x README - #53

Add faustgen/faustcompile/faustaudio/faustdsp/faustplay/faustctl to the plugin list, document their call syntax and arguments, the libfaust requirements and CMake hints, the FAUST_STATIC option and the BUILD_FAUST_OPCODES build switch, mirroring the other ported plugins.

The 7.x README does not mention the Faust opcodes. This adds them to the plugin list and documents them like the other ported plugins.
