Ports the Csound 6.x STK opcode plugin to the Csound 7 plugin API.

What

Adds 27 STK* instrument opcodes (STKSitar, STKPlucked, STKModalBar, STKBowed, ...), all with the 6.x signature aout STKName ifrequency igain {kcontroller, kvalue ...}.
Builds STK 4.6.2 from sources vendored under 7.x/src/stk (include/, src/, rawwaves/), so no external STK installation is needed and the result is independent of any system/package-manager STK.
New 7.x/src/stk/CMakeLists.txt with BUILD_STK_OPCODES (ON by default), installs the plugin and its rawwaves.
Wires the subdirectory into 7.x/CMakeLists.txt, documents the plugin in 7.x/README.md, and stages the plugin + rawwaves/ for the Linux, macOS and Windows release packages.

Fixes #4

The vendored src/Sitar.cpp drops the noise modulation of the delay line in Sitar::setFrequency (delay_ = targetDelay_ * (1.0 + 0.05 * noise_.tick())), which injected energy on every frequency change and could make STKSitar build up clipped output over time.

Testing

Built and loaded the plugin locally on macOS; STKSitar, STKPlucked, STKModalBar, STKBowed, STKFMVoices, and optional controller arguments all run with no out-of-range samples.
The runtime rawwaves location defaults to the install path and can be overridden with RAWWAVE_PATH.
