Document macOS plugin release architecture - #47

The CI builds the macOS plugins on the arm64 macos-latest runner via the arm64-osx vcpkg triplet, without CMAKE_OSX_ARCHITECTURES, so the release binaries are not universal. Note this in the README and point Intel Mac users at a from-source build.

The macOS CI job builds on the arm64
macos-latestrunner with noCMAKE_OSX_ARCHITECTURESoverride and pulls deps via thearm64-osxvcpkg triplet, so thecsound7-plugins-*-macos.ziprelease assets are arm64-only, not universal. This adds a "Release binaries and macOS architecture" section to the README stating that, and points Intel Mac users at a from-source build.
