Reworks #1231 by @yorzi: instead of replaying a phased turn from its raw output, the message keeps its
phase(persisted in a newphasecolumn, added by the install and 2.2 upgrade generators) and the Responses protocol sends it with the assistant item it rebuilds from the local transcript. Edits to a stored message still reach the request, and nothing replays raw unless the output's messages carry different phases.New cassettes show OpenAI (gpt-5.4, with a tool call: commentary then final_answer) and DeepSeek (streamed, two turns) accepting the phase sent back.
