docs: mark this fork as unused and archived

This repository is about to be archived. Adding the notice first, because an archived repository is read-only.

Nothing in the Cozystack distribution builds from here: packages/system/redis-operator/images/redis-operator/Dockerfile in the monorepo fetches upstream release tarballs directly, and the shipped image is ghcr.io/cozystack/cozystack/redis-operator, built there. The fork has been dormant regardless of what happens next.

Upstream spotahome/redis-operator was archived on 2026-06-11 (last release v1.2.4, 2022). The migration to freshworks-oss/redis-operator is proposed in cozystack/cozystack#3406 — the notice says "is moving" rather than "has moved", since that PR is still open.

Without this, a reader who finds a read-only fork of an archived upstream has no way to tell where the operator actually lives now.
