The Thanos storage page moved under /tip/thanos/, the tenant ID naming section now lives in its own guide, and crossplane-runtime has no v2 directory (the v2 module is the repository root). Signed-off-by: sarankumar1325 <120080287+sarankumar1325@users.noreply.github.com>

Fixes three dead links in the docs, found with a link checker (lychee):
docs/architecture.md:https://thanos.io/storage.md/#filesystemreturns 404. The page is now athttps://thanos.io/tip/thanos/storage.md/#filesystem(thefilesystemanchor exists there).docs/proposals/cross-tenant-query-federation.md:https://cortexmetrics.io/docs/guides/limitations/#tenant-id-namingreturns 404. The section now lives indocs/guides/tenantID-naming-conventions.md, published athttps://cortexmetrics.io/docs/guides/tenant-id-naming-conventions/#tenant-id-naming.docs/proposals/crossplane-provider.md:https://github.com/crossplane/crossplane-runtime/tree/main/v2returns 404. The v2 module (github.com/crossplane/crossplane-runtime/v2) is the repository root, so the link now points there.I checked each new URL returns 200. Docs-only change, so no tests or CHANGELOG entry.
