Add accuracy reports subresource and agent update endpoint in v0.49.0

• Adds AccuracyResource under reports.accuracy with methods for breakdown, citation analysis, claim breakdown, claim citations, cluster example runs, cluster verification pairs, factcheck setup status, inaccuracy drivers, inaccurate clusters, inaccurate themes, overview, top inaccurate claims, and topic IDs.
• Adds AgentsResource.update (PATCH /v1/agents/{agent_id}) accepting a required graph payload and returning AgentUpdateResponse.
• Adds first_cited_at as a valid metric in ReportCitationsParams, ReportStreamCitationsParams, and DataCitationDetail.
• Refactors ReportCitationsResponse.data from List[ReportResult] to List[Data] where metrics are typed as float | str | None.
• Behavioral Change: callers deserializing ReportCitationsResponse will now get Data objects instead of ReportResult objects.
